Machine wash cold, inside-out, on a gentle cycle with similar colors. Hang to dry.
Processing & Shipping
All items are made to order with a current processing time of approximately 2 weeks before shipping (not including transit time). Flat rate shipping of $5.00 per order. All orders ship via USPS.
Cancellations & Returns
Because each item is custom-made, cancellations or changes must be requested within 12 hours of purchase. Once production begins, orders cannot be canceled. Due to the personalized nature of custom embroidery, returns and exchanges are not accepted. If there's a mistake or defect on our end, please contact us with a photo within 24 hours of delivery and we'll make it right.
