Everything You Need to Know Before You Order

How long will it take to receive my order?
Every piece is made to order. Our typical turnaround time is:
• Embroidery: 2–3 weeks
• Peak seasons (holidays, back-to-school, etc): up to 4–6 weeks
You’ll receive tracking info via email as soon as your order ships.

Can I make a change to my order after placing it?

 We allow changes within 24 hours of placing your order.
 To request a change (like thread color, size, or personalization), please contact us as soon as possible.

Shipping Info

Where do you ship from, and how much does it cost?
All orders are shipped with tracking from our U.S. studio via USPS or UPS.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Because each item is made to order, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges.
However, if there’s an issue with your order, we want to make it right.
Please contact us here within 3 days of delivery, and we’ll take care of you.

How will I know when my order has shipped?
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you’ll receive an email (and SMS if selected) with your tracking number.
