Every item is made to order, that is your item is made just for you. Due to our items being made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges. But if you have any issues with your order, please send us a message within 24 hours.

*All embroidered sweatshirts & t-shirts are made to order. My current processing time is 10–14 business days before shipping.
This does NOT include USPS transit time.

Shipping is a flat $5.99 per order, no matter how many items you purchase. All packages ship USPS Ground Advantage with tracking and usually arrive in 2–5 business days once shipped.

Every Jess Lane Designs piece is embroidered just for you. We don’t stock mass-produced inventory — that means a little more time, but a lot more love.

Current Turnaround Time:
2–3 weeks for embroidery
Up to 6 weeks during seasonal peaks (Halloween, Christmas, Gameday)

Shipping Method:
All packages are shipped with tracking via USPS or UPS. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is ready to ship.

Shipping Costs:
We offer free shipping on orders over $50 (U.S. only). Orders under $50 are calculated at checkout based on location and weight.
