Because each item is custom-made to order, cancellations or changes must be requested within 12 hours of purchase. Once production or blank garment ordering begins, orders cannot be canceled.
Custom Items
Due to the personalized nature of custom embroidery, returns, refunds, or exchanges are not accepted.

If there is a mistake or defect with your embroidery on our end, please reach out with a photo within 24 hours of delivery so we can make it right!

Every Jess Lane Designs piece is embroidered just for you. We don’t stock mass-produced inventory — that means a little more time, but a lot more love.

Current Turnaround Time:
2–3 weeks for embroidery
Up to 6 weeks during seasonal peaks (Halloween, Christmas, Gameday)

Shipping Method:
All packages are shipped with tracking via USPS or UPS. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is ready to ship.

Shipping Costs:
We offer free shipping on orders over $50 (U.S. only). Orders under $50 are calculated at checkout based on location and weight.
